From the South or West

• Exit M5 at J3 and take A456 towards city centre.
  
• Continue approximately 4 miles and take a left turn into Rotten Park Road.
  
• Turn right onto Portland Road.
  
• Follow Portland Road towards city centre, No13 is found on the lefthand side.

From the North or East

• Leave M6 at J6 and take A38(M) (Aston Expressway) towards Birmingham.
  
• Pass over flyover infront of Birmingham main Fire Station and into underpass.
  
• When leaving underpass, move to the left and proceed up at Charles Street/ Queensway.
  
• Proceed around the island and into Broad Street and enter the underpass, under five-ways island, onto Hagley Road.
  
• At 3rd set of traffic lights turn right into Portland Road and No13 is found on the righthand side.
